Having come from an entrepreneurial family, Sonia developed an understanding of what can help a venture succeed from an early age. Her natural curiosity about what makes businesses work (and where things can go wrong) led her to achieve a first-class degree in Business Management, from a top-ranking business school.
Sonia has built a strong portfolio of business architecture experience, working in partnership with early-stage founders and for larger organisations across private and public sectors. She has the added advantage of having also worked in house, as part of senior leadership teams, to drive change. Her experience from both sides of the table has increased her understanding of team dynamics and common barriers to success.
Sonia founded SONNII, recognising the value that she can add to growth-stage businesses, through building strong relationships and taking a truly personalised approach to guiding leaders through the development of their venture.
With a deliberate focus on organisational design, Sonia places equal value on people and processes, to help grow successful ventures.
